Raelene Pereira, Partner of Rajah & Tann Singapore’s Restructuring & Insolvency Practice has been identified as one of the world’s current rising stars in restructuring and insolvency, aged under 40, by Global Restructuring Review (GRR).

Emerging top 40 from the over 300 submissions put forward within the cross-border restructuring and insolvency community, Raelene has been recognised for her outstanding capabilities in the multi-jurisdiction standout cases she had worked on and contributions to the restructuring and insolvency profession.
Raelene regularly represents a number of financial institutions, banks and accounting firms in Singapore and has advised on the restructuring of debts of distressed companies. She has acted for creditors and companies in landmark cases including TT International Limited and H&C S Holdings Pte Ltd, which involved the first-ever recognition of Singapore’s enhanced scheme of arrangement moratorium regime by High Court of England and Wales.
