We have also developed a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of documentation relating to projects and is familiar with standard forms of contracts such as the FIDIC, JCT, NEC, PSSCOC, REDAS and SIA.

We have a strong track record of successfully representing our clients in the transportation and logistics sector in various disputes, both domestic and cross-border, including advice on risk management, dispute avoidance and resolution, to crisis management and reputation protection.
