Successfully persuaded the Singapore High Court to rule in favour of our client (the former employee) in the case of MoneySmart Singapore Pte Ltd v. Artem Musienko [2024] SGHC 94. The Court lifted the interim injunctions, finding the non-compete clause in question unenforceable, and the confidentiality claim unsubstantiated. This decision highlights the importance of fair and equitable employment practices and what companies should be mindful of when including non-compete clauses.
