Over S$20 million disputes arising from claims from 13 purchasers of units in a strata mall in Singapore

Acting for LVND Investments Pte Ltd , who is facing misrepresentation claims from 13 purchasers of units in the mall, who allege that the client had misrepresented the design and construction of the accessory lots. The purchasers contend that the accessory lots were not fit for purpose, as they were either too small, too far, or too inaccessible for their intended use. They also claim that the design of the accessory lots did not comply with the relevant regulatory standards in the building and construction industry.
