On 2 July 2026, Rajah & Tann Singapore and HKA jointly hosted a seminar titled “Staying Afloat: Managing Delay and Disruption in the Performance of Construction Contracts”.
Partner Matthew Koh from the Construction & Projects Practice, together with Stephen Rae and Andrei Soltan of HKA, discussed the legal and practical challenges surrounding delay and disruption in construction and infrastructure projects. These included the types of delaying events, claims for extensions of time, claims for prolongation costs, and evidential requirements in substantiating these claims. Partner Sim Chee Siong (Head, Construction & Projects) joined the speakers at the question and answer (Q&A) session.
