Winking Studios Limited’s listing on the Catalist of the Singapore Exchange

Rajah & Tann Singapore successfully acted for Winking Studios Limited, Asia’s third largest game art sourcing studio, in its listing on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST). This is the first game art outsourcing studio to be listed on the Catalist Board. Partners Tan Mui Hui and Tricia Teo led the transaction.
