Advised the Arrangers (Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte Ltd, BOFA Securities Inc, and DBS Bank Ltd) in relation to the credit financing by way of multicurrency syndicated senior unsecured term loan facilities, revolving loan facilities, letter of credit facilities and swingline loan facilities (available in US dollars, Canadian dollars, euros, British pound sterling and Singapore dollars) extended to Digital Core REIT and other group affiliates of the USA data centre real estate trust, Digital Realty Trust Inc. Digital Core REIT is a real estate investment trust established in Singapore and listed on the Singapore stock exchange.
The facilities are to be used for the purchase of the assets of Digital Core Reit in connection with its IPO in Singapore, the group’s property acquisition and development activities in the USA, Canada and other jurisdictions, refinancing of the group’s existing financial indebtedness of the Digital Realty group and their working capital and other general corporate purposes.
