US$200 Million Dispute Over Misdelivery of Cargo

Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, is acting for Qingdao Free Trade Development Investment Management Co, Ltd. in a US$200 million claim against the owners of MV “Inherit” (the “Vessel”). The claim arises from the Vessel’s delivery of the cargo without original bills of lading and/or misappropriation of the cargo.
