Successfully represented Prudential Singapore in a landmark Singapore High Court lawsuit involving Peter Tan, a former top agency leader from Prudential who had orchestrated the mass exodus of over 240 agents to leave and to join a competitor financial advisory firm, in breach of his contractual obligation owed to Prudential to conduct his insurance business with integrity and honesty. Senior Partner Murali Pillai SC; Partners Luo Qinghui, Jared Kok, Andrea Tan and Tao Tao led the matter.
