Singapore regulatory counsel to CVC in respect of its US$1.3 billion IPO in Amsterdam

Partners Anne Yeo, Larry Lim and Benjamin Liew acted as Singapore regulatory counsel to CVC and advised CVC on the Singapore regulatory approval requirements in connection with the proposed IPO. CVC is one of Europe’s largest buyout firms and manages more than 180 billion Euros of assets and its IPO boasts one of the largest IPO to date by a European buyout firm.
