ShawKwei & Partners’ S$131 million acquisition of CR Asia Pte Ltd

Acted as transactional counsel and Singapore local counsel for ShawKwei & Partners in the S$131 million acquisition of CR Asia Pte Ltd which is the Singapore holding company of CR Asia Group. CR Asia is a leading engineering solutions business focusing on the energy industry in Asia, and has subsidiaries in Singapore, Malaysia, India and Thailand. Partners Tan Mui Hui and Alroy Chan from Rajah Tann Singapore; Por Chuei Ying from Christopher Lee Ong; and Dussadee Rattanopas from RT Asia (Thailand) led the transaction.
