Advising Shaw Towers (Realty) Pte Limited on its proposed redevelopment of Shaw Towers located at 100 Beach Road. The new 35-storey office tower will expand office space in the development from 260,000 sq ft to 400,000 sq ft. When completed, it will be connected to the neighbouring integrated developments, Guoco Midtown and South Beach, by covered overhead pedestrian bridges. Partner Shemane Chan is leading the case.
