Sanofi Pasteur, Inc.’s tax-related proceedings before BIR

Represented Sanofi Pasteur, Inc. in proceedings before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) which sought to collect alleged deficiencies in income tax, value added tax, withholding tax on compensation, expanded withholding tax, fringe benefits tax, improperly accumulated earnings tax, and documentary stamp tax for the taxable year of 2014.
