Float Private Limited’s S$90 million Series A fundraising

Acted for Float Private Limited, producer of Singapore’s first oat milk brand “OATSIDE”, in an approximately S$90 million Series A fundraising round led by Temasek Holdings and GGV Capital, which valued Float Private Limited at over S$290 million on a post-completion basis. The Company is the producer of Singapore’s first oat milk brand “OATSIDE”. Partner Tan Mui Hui led the transaction.
