Acted for KKR Asia Limited in the S$598 million acquisition of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Silver Peak Holdings Pte. Ltd. which owns the property situated at 20 Anson Road and known as “Twenty Anson”. This transaction marks the first real estate office investment in Singapore by KKR.
