Real property tax assessment against powerplant’s pollution control equipment

Acting for a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the leaders in the Philippine power industry with respect to real property taxes assessed against its powerplant’s pollution control equipment, amounting to around US$9 million from 2016 to date.
