Paradigm REIT’s RM 560 Million IPO and Main Market listing on Bursa Malaysia

Christopher & Lee Ong, a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted in the IPO and Main Market listing of Paradigm REIT on Bursa Malaysia, which raised RM 560 million and achieved a market capitalisation of RM 1.6 billion. This is the largest Malaysian REIT IPO in 13 years and one of the biggest IPO in 2025. The Firm advised Maybank Investment Bank as principal adviser, sole managing underwriter and lead bookrunner; AmInvestment Bank and CGS International Securities Malaysia as joint underwriters and bookrunners; and RHB Investment Bank as joint bookrunner. Partners Justin Chua and Vivian Lim from the Capital Markets Practice led the transaction.
