Over US$100 million acquisition of Pingsafe by SentinelOne

Advised SentinelOne as Singapore counsel, on its acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Pingsafe Pte. Ltd., a cloud-native application protection platform (CNAPP) firm, and its Indian subsidiary and United States subisidary, in a cash and stock transaction.
