OUE REIT Treasury Pte. Ltd., OUE REIT Management Pte. Ltd.’s issuance of S$250 million 4.10% Green Notes due 2027

Rajah & Tann Singapore acted for OUE REIT Treasury Pte. Ltd., OUE REIT Management Pte. Ltd., in its capacity as manager of OUE Real Estate Investment Trust and DBS Trustee Limited, in its capacity of trustee of OUE Real Estate Investment Trust in the issuance of S$250 million 4.10% Green Notes due 2027 as part of the S$2 billion Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme established by the Issuer and the Guarantor. The OUE Real Estate Investment Trust has been listed on the SGX-ST since 2014 and is one of the largest diversified Singapore REITs, with total assets under management of S$6.3 billion as of 31 December 2023. Partners Lee Xin Mei, Eugene Lee and Enoch Long led the transaction.
