One of Indonesia’s largest freight forwarding company’s dispute with a procurement company

Acting for one of Indonesia’s largest freight forwarding company which collaborated with a procurement company regarding the shipment of acacia wood. During this collaboration, PT PC engaged in unlawful activities that resulted in financial losses for the Client. We have successfully assisted the Client in initiating legal proceedings before the district court, seeking compensation for the damages incurred.
