Rajah & Tann Singapore successfully acted for Mobile-health Network Solutions in its initial public offering (IPO) and listing of its Class A ordinary shares on the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC. The initial public offering is in respect of an aggregate of 2,250,000 Class A Ordinary Shares priced at $4.00 per share, and the total amount raised from the offering is USD9 million, or USD10.35 million, assuming that the over-allotment option is exercised. Mobile-health Network Solutions operates the MaNaDr platform, a leading telehealth solutions ecosystem in Singapore. Partners Howard Cheam and Jasselyn Seet led the transaction.
