High Court Suits relating to investment losses

Acted for a private bank in two separate but parallel High Court Suits relating to two sets of high net-worth clients’ claim against the bank and its former relationship manager for investment losses caused by the former relationship manager’s alleged failure to provide proper investment advice and / or giving of negligent advice to those clients.
