Dispute between PT Vale Indonesia Tbk and PT Asuransi Jiwa Adisarana Wanaartha

Represented Yayasan Pendidikan Sorowako (“YPS”), an educational non-profit organisation funded by Vale in a dispute against PT Asuransi Jiwa Adisarana Wanaartha (“WanaArtha”), in relation to WanaArtha’s failure to repay the outstanding obligation under Collective Health and Life Insurance Policy dated 29 January 2018 at the Indonesian Insurance Mediation Agency (BMAI).
