ComfortDelGro on its joint venture with Engie involving electric vehicle charging infrastructure

Advised ComfortDelGro on the drafting of its in-house templates to be entered into by its new JV with Engie with customers who wish to appoint the JV to install, operate and maintain electric vehicle charging infrastructure at their premises and provide charging services to users.
