Acted for the Owners in the collective sale of Watten Estate Condominium comprising of 104 units to a joint venture between UOL Group and Singapore Land Group for a purchase consideration of S$550.8 million. The property can be redeveloped into 286 units based on the mandatory minimum average size of 100 sqm. The site spans 220,241 sqft and is zoned residential with a gross plot ratio of 1.4 and an allowable height of up to five stories. The team also acted for the Vendors in the application before the Strata Titles Boards to grant the order for the sale. Partners Norman Ho and Gazalle Mok led the transaction.
