Boustead Projects Limited’s disposal of fund and property management businesses to UI Holdings Limited

Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for Boustead Projects Limited (“BPL”, and its subsidiaries, the “BPL Group”) in the disposal of certain fund and property management businesses of the BPL Group to UI Holdings Limited (“UIH”). In return, a BPL subsidiary obtained shareholding in UIH, amounting to 24.1% of UIH’s share capital post-issuance (the “Transaction”). Partners Brian Ng, Loh Chun Kiat, Cheryl Tay, and Danny Lim from the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice as well as Partner Chou Ching from the Corporate Real Estate Practice led the transaction.
