Association of Banks in Singapore’s national-level development and implementation of the Trade Finance Registry

Assisted the Association of Banks in Singapore with the Trade Finance Registry, an interoperable finance utility which aims to improve the transparency of transactions and bridging information asymmetry among banks, by drafting and negotiating contracts relating to development and implementation of the platform and advising on the relevant regulatory issues relating to trade, banking and finance, and data privacy. Partners Rajesh Sreenivasan and Justin Lee led the transaction.
