AEW’s financing and purchase of Westgate Tower, a 20-Storey Grade A office tower, through a S$680 million acquisition

Acted for AEW in the financing and purchase of Westgate Tower, through the S$680 million acquisition of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Westgate Commercial Pte Ltd and Westgate Tower Pte Ltd, which collectively owns 295 commercial office strata units at the property situated at 1 Gateway Drive known as “Westgate Tower”, a 20-Storey Grade A office tower. Partners Norman Ho, Gazalle Mok, Loh Chun Kiat and Cindy Quek led the transaction.
