Advising Eagle Hospitality REIT in relation to the restructuring of over US$500 million of debt and its US hotel asset portfolio, including in Chapter 11 proceedings and ancillary proceedings in Singapore; which included acting for the REIT and related Singapore companies in applications before the Singapore Court for recognition of their Chapter 11 cases and Chapter 11 plan.
