Advising a dispute involving well-publicised bunker contamination incidents in Singapore which affected over 200 vessels

Advising Greek and Monaco-based shipowning interests in two series of bunker contamination disputes affecting 3 and 7 product tanker vessels respectively. Each set of incidents will give rise to a consolidated Singapore arbitration, with the sums in dispute being US$2 million and US$2.2 million respectively.
