Advised an American Shipping company in relation to a ship collision incident

Advised our Client regarding an alleged claim by PT Jhonlin Marine Trans (“JMT”) in relation to a ship collision incident between the Client’s ship ZIRCON and JMT’s ship LIANA XXXIV at Tanjung Pemancingan. The dispute presented its own uniqueness regarding the applicable limitation period in filing a claim, specifically for vessel collision claims, under Indonesian law.
