Acrophyte Pte. Ltd.’s acquisition of approximately 19% of the total number of issued stapled securities in ARA US Hospitality Trust

Rajah & Tann Singapore acted for Acrophyte Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd.) in the acquisitions by (a) Acrophyte Asset Management Pte. Ltd. (an entity wholly-owned by Acrophyte Pte. Ltd.) of the entire issued share capital of ARA Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd. (the manager of ARA US Hospitality Property Trust and ARA Business Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd. (the trustee-manager of ARA US Hospitality Management Trust, and (b) Acrophyte Limited (an affiliated entity of Acrophyte Pte. Ltd.) of approximately 19.0% of the total number of issued stapled securities in ARA US Hospitality Trust. Partner Favian Tan led the transaction.
