Acted for BP-Vietnam Development Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boustead Projects Limited, in its acquisition of a 60% stake in KTG & Boustead Joint Stock Company, a property investment company in Vietnam in the logistics and industrial properties space.
