Acted for Neurowyzr Pte Ltd in its additional US$2.1 million seed funding led by Jungle Ventures and Peak XV Partners’ Surge. Neurowyzr is a Singapore-based neuroscience and brain capital company which uses discoveries in neuroscience, advanced analytics and AI, to optimise corporate and population brain health and performance. Partners Tracy Ang and Penelope Loh led the transaction.
