Genting Berhad’s MYR 6.74 Billion Offer to Acquire Remaining Shares in Genting Malaysia Berhad

Christopher & Lee Ong, a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for Genting Malaysia Berhad in relation to the take-over offer by Genting Berhad to acquire all remaining ordinary shares in Genting Malaysia Berhad not already held by Genting Berhad for approximately MYR 6.74 billion.
