On 13 May 2024, in conjunction with World HR Congress (WHRC) 2024, Mercer, TMF Group and Rajah & Tann Singapore jointly conducted a seminar titled “Strategic Human Resource and Payroll Management in your Globalisation Journey”. Topics covered included:
(a) Workforce and human resources (“HR“) management for company globalisation journey, including global market trends’ impact on talent strategy, HR strategies for global expansion, and best practices for managing global employment benefits;
(b) Simplifying the complexities of global payroll and Singapore payroll compliance updates; and
(c) The uniquely Singaporean employment law landscape.
Doreen Chia from the Employment (Disputes) Practice and Jonathan Cham from the Employment (Corporate) Practice tackled the employment law aspect of the seminar.
