On 11 February 2025 at the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (“SCMA“) Chennai 2025 Seminar, Partners Jainil Bhandari and Aleksandar Anatoliev Georgiev from the Shipping & International Trade Practice were speakers at the session on “Pushing Boundaries: The Scope and Interpretation of Arbitration Clauses”.
The event brought together legal experts from India and Singapore who discussed topics on resolving disputes in the maritime and international trade sectors, including (i) costs, time and key considerations in commencing arbitration; (ii) arbitration clauses in multi-contract and multi-party cases; and (iii) sanctions and charterparty clauses.
