LearningBytes 2025: Leveraging AI for Business Success: Identifying and Managing Risks

On 18 February 2025, Rajah & Tann kicked off its LearningBytes seminar series with the session on “Leveraging AI for Business Success: Identifying and Managing Risks”.

The session explored the complexities of artificial intelligence (“AI“) implementation, emphasising the importance of having robust AI governance frameworks within businesses. The speakers discussed how AI is transforming industries and driving business success. They also talked about the potential risks associated with AI and the tools that can be utilised to assess and evaluate AI risks. They shared guidelines and tips for implementing effective AI risk management, based on their deep experience as AI and legal practitioners. 

The speakers comprised Kwan Kiat Sim, Head of the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice, Partner Alina Chia from the Commercial Litigation Practice, Senior Associate Victoria Tan from the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice, and Michael Lees, Head of AI Strategy and Integration at Rajah & Tann Technologies.
