On 28 April 2023, Partners Tng Sheng Rong and Ching Meng Hang from the Commercial Litigation Practice spoke at a webinar titled “Interpreting the Rules of Singapore International Arbitration Centre”. Together with two other speakers, Sheng Rong and Meng Hang covered topics such as comparison of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC“) Rules with other arbitration rules, arbitration and evidence procedure, and arbitral awards. They also shared valuable insights and expert knowledge on arbitration practices in Singapore from a user’s perspective.
