On 22 May 2023, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (“MLMUPC“) issued a joint Prakas No. 312 on the Exemption of Public Service Fees of the MLMUPC under which public service fees of the MLMUPC shall be exempted for certain services.
