On 7 November 2024, Rajah & Tann Singapore, in collaboration with Baker & Partners, organised a round table discussion on Offshore Asset Recovery & Insolvency: Key Developments and Best Practices. The event tackled the latest developments and trends in asset recovery and insolvency where offshore structures are involved. Topics discussed at the roundtable discussion included:
