Xiaomin Wu (Emma) joins China Practice in Rajah & Tann (Thailand)

Bangkok, Thailand, 9 January 2025 Rajah & Tann (Thailand) Limited (“RT”), a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia (“RTA”), is pleased to announce the appointment of Xiaomin Wu (Emma) as Counsel to spearhead its established China Practice in Thailand.

Emma joins RT from Kudun and Partners Limited, bringing extensive experience as a corporate lawyer advising state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and leading multinational organisations in both China and Thailand. With a proven track record of assisting Chinese and international clients on investment structuring, regulatory compliance, and navigating cross-border business operations, she brings deep expertise in China-Thailand business relations.
