BANGKOK, THAILAND, 30 June 2026 – Rajah & Tann (Thailand) Limited (“RT”), a member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia (“RTA”), strengthens its Tax practice with the addition of a new partner, Adirek Limsiriwong.
Adirek joins RT from KNSAT International Law Firm, where he was the founding partner and co-led the Firm’s Tax and Corporate Practice. He was previously in practice at KPMG Phoomchai and SGVN Legal and Tax (Arthur Andersen). He brings more than 30 years of experience advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, listed companies, private enterprises, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, family-owned business groups and private wealth clients on strategic tax matters and domestic and cross-border business transactions.
His practice focuses on Thai and international taxation, cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, tax controversy, and tax-driven corporate reorganisations implemented under the Thai Revenue Code and related legislation.
