Singapore, 12 September 2025 – Rajah & Tann Singapore is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Zheng as a Partner in its Banking & Finance practice, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in transport and aviation finance and leasing.
Michelle brings with her deep expertise in domestic and cross-border aircraft financing, leasing, and registration, as well as ship finance. Her practice spans secured and unsecured lending, leasing, and financing transactions involving aircraft and other transportation assets. She has advised a wide range of clients including local and international banks, financial institutions, export credit agencies, airlines, owners, charterers and lessees.
