Prior to taking up her post at Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers, Thuan held multiple judicial appointments in Ho Chi Minh City, especially, served as a senior inspector for many years. Moreover, she has been an arbitrator of Vietnam International Arbitration (VIAC) for ten years.
