Grofers International Pte. Ltd.’s acquisition of all the shares in Blink Commerce Private Limited by Zomato

Acted as Singapore legal advisers to Grofers International Pte. Ltd. in connection with the US$523.15 million acquisition of all the shares in Blink Commerce Private Limited (formerly Grofers India, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Grofers International Pte. Ltd.) by Zomato. Grofers India operates an e-commerce marketplace in India, providing an information technology platform on a digital and electronic network to act as a facilitator between third-party sellers of various products and potential buyers of goods.
