US$14 million acquisition of lands in Samui by Jiva Residences

Advising Jiva Residences Ltd. (“Jiva”), a property development and villa management company, on the acquisition of lands in Samui to develop six luxury villas. We are assisting Jiva with all legal works relating to this project, including drafting agreements and preparing the corporate / business structure, and entering into the management agreement with Singapore’s leading hotel management company.
