Trademark protection for Greenwood F&B Pte Ltd in China

Advised Greenwood F&B Pte Ltd on false advertising, unfair competition and trade mark infringement by a restaurant in Xiamen, China which adopted the same name as Greenwood and made false claims that they are a franchise of Greenwood’s Singapore business. Partner Lau Kok Keng led the transaction.
