Successfully acted for White Energy Company in the assessment of damages involving a US$91.6 million coal dispute against PT Bayan. It is the first time the Singapore Court of Appeal considered the availability of the issue-based approach to costs apportionment in Singapore, and the potential practical difficulties in its application.
