Springleaf Parcel B Pte. Ltd.’s S$779 million acquisition of land parcel from Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore

Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for Springleaf Parcel B Pte. Ltd. in the S$779 million acquisition of the land parcel at Upper Thomson Road (Parcel B) from the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore.
